Delete your account

QuickyWiki · Android app ID: com.quickywiki.app

This page explains how to request deletion of your QuickyWiki account and the personal data associated with it. QuickyWiki is operated by the QuickyWiki team — you can reach us at quickywiki.support@outlook.com.

You can also delete your account directly in the app at any time: go to Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, use the email request below.

Request deletion by email

Send an account deletion request to our support email. You must send it from the same email address you use to sign in to QuickyWiki — that is how we confirm the request is really yours.

Step 1 — Send the request

Request Account Deletion

This opens your email app with the subject Account Deletion Request and a short message already written. If the button does not work, email quickywiki.support@outlook.com manually with the subject Account Deletion Request.

Send it from your account email. We only act on requests that arrive from the email address linked to the account. We cannot delete an account on someone else's behalf, and naming or entering another person's email address will never trigger a deletion.

What happens next

  1. Verification. We check that the sender's email address matches the email address associated with your QuickyWiki account (managed through our authentication provider, Auth0). If it does not match, nothing is deleted and we reply to explain why.
  2. Deletion. Once verified, we permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it from our systems.
  3. Confirmation. We reply to the same address to confirm the deletion is complete. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What may be retained

As described in our Privacy Policy, some minimal records — for example aggregated telemetry or logs — may persist for a limited period for security and reliability before being rotated out. They are not used to rebuild your profile.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Saved reading data and quota tied to the account are lost.
